The stage is set for a fantastic day of competition at the National Centre for Bowling this Sunday as four outstanding teams battle it out for a place in the 2026 Bowls Scotland Women's National Top 10 Final.
The National Top 10 is one of the most prestigious team events on the domestic calendar, bringing together players across Singles, Pairs, Triples and Fours disciplines. With talented line-ups, experienced internationals and proven championship performers across all four teams, spectators can expect a day of high-quality bowls and plenty of drama.
Ten from 10 Team vs North East Quines
The first semi-final sees Ten from 10 Team take on North East Quines in what promises to be a closely contested encounter. Ten from 10 boast strength throughout their side, with Lynne Shore leading the way in the Singles. Their Pairs combination of Sarah Fyfe and Vikki Leishman will be looking to build momentum, while the Triples team of Michelle Davidson, Heather Wallace and skip Arlene Todd bring a wealth of experience to the green. In the Fours, Sheila Muir, Jennifer Neary, Karen Thomson and skip Emma Allison complete a formidable line-up.
Standing in their way are the North East Quines, who have impressed throughout the competition. Kirsty Sinclair takes to the Singles, while Angela Johnston and Lisa Thomson line up in the Pairs. Berwickshire Lassies will be represented by Tracey Cowan in the Singles, while Sheila Douglas and Kay Purves take on the Pairs challenge. Their Triples rink features Susan Lee, Val Angus and Dianne Bradshaw, while Amanda Lugget, Veronica Cockburn, Jill Dickey and Sandra McLeish will contest the Fours.
Their opponents, Unbelievabowls, also arrive with a strong squad across all disciplines. Christine Tennant takes centre stage in the Singles, with Kate Kirkpatrick and Sam Sample competing in the Pairs. The Triples line-up sees Emma Russell, Shirley Robson and Elly McCubbin join forces, while Julie McDowell, Mo Connelly, Leanne Hamilton and Debbie Cochrane make up the Fours team.
