Scotland runners-up at BIWBC Internationals
Scotland finished second at the BIWBC International Series after three days of competition at Belmont BC in Belfast.
They got off to a flier with a 179-72 win against Jersey on Sunday afternoon, but were narrowly beaten 113-117 by Ireland on Monday morning before England - the overall winners - beat them 107-121 on Monday afternoon.
A 123-101 win against Wales on Tuesday morning saw them secure the runners-up spot.
In the BIWBC Championships, held on Friday and Saturday at Belmont, Scotland's Dee Hoggan beat Wales' Judith Wason 21-19 to lift the singles crown.
Scotland's senior fours of Helen Sinclair, Marion Davie, Fiona Malcolm and Moira Horburgh were just pipped 16-17 by Jersey in the final.
Well done to both squads and their support team for their efforts.
