Team Announcement - 2026 Para Indoor Home Nations
Scottish Indoor Bowling Association (SIBA) have today announced the 13-strong squad selected to represent Scotland at the upcoming Para Indoor Home Nations in February 2026.
With the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games recently confirmed as an indoor event at the SEC, this event provides a highly competitive opportunity for Scotland's Para athletes to hone their skills on indoor surfaces. Competing at the Home Nations this year represents a collaboration between SIBA and Bowls Scotland to support the one-off event, while the SIBA explore options to investigate Scotland’s continued participation in this competition on an annual basis.
Kareena Cuthbert, Bowls Scotland’s Head of High Performance, said:
"Announcing this squad marks a vital milestone in our journey toward the home Games. With the Commonwealth Games moving indoors for the first time, this event provides our players with the high-pressure, competitive environment they need to excel. We welcome the collaboration across SIBA and BS, which allows us to provide world-class support for our athletes as they strive for success on the international stage."
