Allsorts triumph in 2025 Bowls Scotland Ladies National Top 10

Congratulations to Allsorts on winning the 2025 Bowls Scotland Ladies National Top 10 as they overcame BLT in the final.

1998 Commonwealth Games gold medallist Margaret Letham chalked up Allsorts’ first victory as she saw off former Scottish internationalist Laura Welsh 21-14 in the singles.

The pairs encounter went in favour of Allsorts with Margaret Hicks & Lorna Cameron getting the better of Fiona Sykes & Maureen Shimmons 21-14.

Jess Weir, Gail Notman & Natalie McWilliams took the spoils for Allsorts in the triples as they overcame Elizabeth Nelson, Susan Murray & Anne Campbell 24-12.

The quartet of Karen Haley, Angela Mundy, Ann McCormack & Claire Barclay made it a clean sweep of victories for Allsorts in the fours, defeating Tilly Moore, Marlene Dunlop, Janette Bray & Isabel McKnight 14-10.

Well done Allsorts on their impressive victory and hardlines to BLT for coming runners-up in this year’s event.
