British Bowls action to be streamed live by Jamboree Jack TV

Bowls Scotland is delighted to confirm that selected fixtures from this year’s British Bowls events will be streamed live by Jamboree Jack TV.

Taking place at the National Centre for Bowling, Ayr from 23–28 June, the event will bring together players from Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales and Jersey across the British Bowls Championships, Para British Bowls Internationals and British Bowls Internationals.

Only select fixtures will be streamed each day, with further details on the matches being covered to be shared throughout the week.

Jamboree Jack TV was launched by Jenna Cockburn to showcase bowls in a fun, engaging and accessible way, and will now bring live coverage from one of the biggest weeks in the British bowls calendar.

Speaking ahead of the event, Jenna Cockburn said:

“To say I’m excited would be an understatement!

I’m absolutely buzzing to be teaming up with Bowls Scotland to bring live coverage of the British Bowls Championships, British Bowls Internationals, and Para British Bowls Internationals to viewers throughout the week.

Jamboree Jack TV was created to showcase bowls in a fun, engaging, and accessible way, so being part of an event of this scale is incredibly exciting and something I’m hugely grateful for.

A massive thank you to Bowls Scotland for the opportunity and support. I can’t wait to get to Ayr, get the cameras rolling and share all the action with bowls fans everywhere!”

Malcolm Dingwall-Smith, CEO at Bowls Scotland, added:

“As we look forward to a week of world class bowls as the British Bowls Championships and Internationals return to Northfield, we are delighted to be partnering with Jamboree Jack TV to live stream these events.

“Jamboree Jack TV are an exciting new addition to the Scottish bowls community who are helping to widen access to our sport. We hope that this early opportunity to cover one of Britain’s most prestigious bowls events will support their growth and long-term success.

“This year will see the British Bowls Internationals and Para British Bowls Internationals combined into a single event at the same venue for the first time. Streaming these events, along with the British Bowls Championships, will allow us to showcase the inclusive and accessible nature of bowls to a wider audience.”

Streaming information, including links and selected fixtures, will be shared across Bowls Scotland channels throughout the event.
