2022 British Isles Championships preview
This weekend sees the new-look British Isles Championships take place at Llandrindod Wells, Wales on Friday 1st and Saturday 2nd July.
For the first time in British Isles Championships history, male and female representatives from England, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Scotland and Wales will be competing at the same venue at the same time.
Scotland will be represented by our 2019 National Champions along with the 2022 Linda Brennan Ladies U25 Pairs winners, Kimberley Dodds and Carla Banks. 2019 Ladies U25 Singles runner-up, Rachel Sinclair, will replace Megan Kivlin who has chosen to represent her country of residence, Jersey. Pamela Kenny from Alloa East End Bowling Club will also replace Aimee Thomson in the Women’s Fours.
