2023 World Bowls Championships - Day 11 Preview
It’s the penultimate day of the 2023 World Bowls Championships in Gold Coast, Australia and Scotland are guaranteed another medal in today’s Men’s Fours final.
Jason Banks, Derek Oliver, Paul Foster MBE and Alex Marshall MBE come up against Australia's Corey Wedlock, Aaron Teys, Carl Healey and Aron Sherriff in a blockbuster final at 12am (BST). Best of luck to all four players in their quest to bring home gold!
The final should be available to watch on Bowls Australia’s Facebook page and YouTube channel for UK audiences, but https://bowlstv.bowlsengland.com/ will also be streaming the final if you create an account free of charge. Be sure to tune in and give Team Scotland your full support!
Iain McLean will also be in action in the Men’s Singles knockout stages as he has an equally exciting quarter-final contest against England’s Sam Tolchard. If Iain is successful, he would then advance to play Malaysia’s Izzat Shameer Dzulkeple or Canada’s Ryan Bester later today in the semi-finals.
