Bowls Scotland 2025 AGM FAQ's 2025
In the lead up to our 2025 AGM, we will be hosting pre-AGM Member Engagement Evenings throughout November.
- Wednesday 12th November (6.30pm-8pm) – Edinburgh
- Thursday 13th November (6.30pm-8pm) – Dundee
- Monday 17th November (6.30pm-8pm) – Glasgow
- Wednesday 19th November 2025 (6.30pm-8pm) – Online

AGM papers will be issued to all Clubs and Associations affiliated by the 31st October deadline. Information will be issued by email to main contacts by COP Monday 3rd November. Members who have completed affiliation but not received AGM papers by this time can request support via info@bowlsscotland.com.
Important: To attend and vote at the AGM, members must appoint an Authorised Representative, who will be issued with the online meeting link.
Deadlines:
- Submission of Approval of Directors vote: 5pm Friday 21st November
- Submission of Authorised Representative form: 6.30pm Monday 24th November
- Submission of Proxy Appointment form: 6.30pm Monday 24th November
Bowls Scotland Board Director Voting
On behalf of the Board of Bowls Scotland, please see below the Board Director who, as per the Articles of Association, is due for approval by the membership. Please click on the Board Directors name to view their CV. Voting forms and additional information are issued with the AGM papers to affiliated clubs and associations.
There is one Director who seeks approval: Gary Grant – Chair of the Board. The Board respectfully asks that you approve Gary Grant to continue in his role.
