2022 Chair Christmas Message

Dear Clubs & Members,

I’m pleased to inform you that my fellow Board Directors have appointed me as interim Chair of Bowls Scotland to cover the period until a new Chair can be appointed. Once a new Chair is in position, I shall revert back to my role as Director of Governance.

As we approach the end of 2022, it is my privilege on behalf of the Board and our hard-working staff to wish everyone a safe, healthy and happy time over the Festive Season.

Bowls in Scotland could not operate without our dedicated volunteers in each and every club and I would like to take this opportunity to offer our heartfelt thanks for all the sterling work that they carry out each year.

Finally, good luck for the 2023 bowling season and I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible at our National Championships at Northfield in July.
