The team features an experienced lineup with several Commonwealth Games gold medallists included. There also three international debutants in the team as Kevin Anderson, Stuart Chesby and Sylvia Johnston will be making their first Scotland appearances later this month.

Bowls Scotland’s Para Pathway Lead, Derek Lang, said: “I am pleased to announce our squad of 18, for what is likely to be an extremely competitive event at Northfield.

“The selection of our team through the Podium Open events and Assessment Days leads me to believe that we have a very strong team assembled. We look forward to the challenge that England and Wales will bring.
