Callum Hamilton and Jack Mullen Win 2026 Alan Michie U16 Open Pairs

The 2026 Alan Michie U16 Open Pairs took place at Grangemouth Bowling Club on Saturday 13th June, with young bowlers from across Scotland producing a fantastic day of competition.

Players competed across a busy group stage in the morning, with the top performers progressing through to the knockout rounds later in the day.

After a competitive quarter-final stage, the semi-finals saw two closely contested matches. Kian Morrison and Kyle Tucker edged past Jake Grieve and Robbie Robson 5-3, while Callum Hamilton and Jack Mullen booked their place in the final with a 5-3 victory over Lennox Kearney and TJ Frickleton.

The final proved to be another tight contest, with Callum Hamilton and Jack Mullen coming out on top with a narrow 7-6 win over Kian Morrison and Kyle Tucker to secure the 2026 Alan Michie U16 Open Pairs title.
