Daniel Martin and Lyle Robertson win inaugural 2022 European Open

Congratulations to Dunfermline Northern Bowling Club’s Daniel Martin and Lyle Robertson for winning the inaugural Bowls Scotland 2022 European Open in partnership with Erskine.

The young duo from West Fife defeated the pairings of Ian Garioch, Craig McKellar, Ron Anderson, Connor Milne and Michael Stevenson in today’s knockout stages to prevail victorious.  

In the final, Daniel and Lyle defeated Gourock Park Bowling Club’s Michael Stevenson and Stonehouse Bowling Club’s Reece Notman 10-8. Congratulations to all four players on reaching the final and putting on a great spectacle of bowling.
