Obituary for David Scaife – District 27 District Secretary

It is with great sadness that we have to inform the bowling community that David Scaife, District 27 secretary, has passed away suddenly on Friday 10th May 2019.

David was Secretary at Kilwinning Bowling Club and was a keen supporter and champion of the sport throughout his District and the wider community.He was a singer and entertainer which he kept doing after he retired from Barrs plc, performing at many clubs and pubs throughout the local area.

David was one of a kind and his presence and humour would light up any room that he walked into.
Our thoughts are with his wife Janice and family at this sad time.

Abbey Church, 87 Main Street, Kilwinning KA13 6AW at 11.30am. Ayr Crematorium, Masonhill, Ayr KA6 6EN @ 1.15pm
