Welsh and O'Hagan to compete at World Champion of Champions

Good luck to Laura Welsh and Mark O’Hagan, who will represent Scotland at next week's World Singles Champion of Champions tournament at Adelaide BC, Australia.

Laura and Mark both won their respective singles titles at the 2018 Bowls Scotland National Championships, qualifying them for this event, which starts on Monday 28th October and finishes on Sunday 3rd November.

Scotland’s previous winners in this event include Darren Burnett, Iain McLean and Lorna Smith.

Mark has been drawn in section one of the men’s singles along with Canada, England, Hong Kong China, Hungary, Isle of Man, Kenya, Malaysia, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Samoa and Spain.

Whilst Laura is in section two of the women’s singles and will play against Argentina, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Africa, United States and Wales.
