Vacancy - Equality, Inclusion & Welfare Manager

Bowls Scotland is one of the biggest participation sports in Scotland with 821 clubs and 50,000 members. We are seeking an experienced and driven Equality, Inclusion and Welfare Manger to facilitate strategic change by working with staff, members, and a range of partners to review and co-ordinate our EDI work and support our EDI delivery. 

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects or a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. You must work with integrity, be hard working, motivated, and come with experience of effecting change. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an experienced team, where we will support you to develop and thrive in the role.
