Vacancy - Pathway Lead
Bowls Scotland has started on a journey to create an accessible and inclusive performance pathway to all bowlers in Scotland with the aim to support and develop Scottish bowlers to maximise their potential and perform consistently on the world stage. Having reviewed the best structure to deliver our vision we are advertising an exciting opportunity for someone to lead across the men’s, women’s and para pathway, with a focus on provision for our squads whilst supporting success at the upcoming 2026 Commonwealth Games.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and organised individual to deliver the vision of our High Performance pathway in Scotland. Working in conjunction with the Head of High Performance Bowls, the Pathway Lead will be supported with a coaching team and leadership programme to enable individual development within the role and the autonomy and backing to deliver a programme which develops and maximises the potential of Scotland’s most talented bowlers.
