With the 2019 National Championships only 15 days away, it’s important for you to know what’s going on at the National Centre for Bowling, Ayr.
This years Championships will start a day earlier than usual and run from Sunday 21st July – Saturday 27th July. On the opening day of the Championships we have two sessions of Mixed Pairs starting at 10am and 2pm – entry will be free for the first day only and we also have the BIWBC Junior Internationals & Championships being held here so make sure to come down and support the Scottish girls!
We have disability access with their being ramps down to our main greens, allowing everyone to spectate games being played. Park and Ride will be available to all throughout the Championships, making everyone’s journey to and from Northfield easy. However, there are great public transport links to the venue to allow everyone to be relaxed on arrival.
Our Merchandising stalls will be up and running with products available from our sponsors Kukri and Taylor Bowls and many more as well as a large variety of our very own Bowls Scotland products.
Food and drinks will be provided throughout the day, keeping everyone hydrated and well fed. Our bar partner – The Black Bull – will be providing food and drink for all our ticket holders. Enjoy fantastic hospitality after a day of competition with some excellent deals suited to your needs.
Fun games will also be available for kids and adults with the chance of being able to win some great prizes.
Play begins from 9am and will run right through the day so come along and cheer on your friends or players from your club!
Entry is:
• £5 for a day ticket
• Multi day tickets £12 – Available to purchase for Monday 22nd – Wednesday 24th July or Thursday 25th – Saturday 27th July.
• £20 for weekly tickets – available to purchase on the Monday 22nd July.
