National Championships preview on STV News

Look out for STV News at 6pm on Monday evening as their crew visited the National Centre for Bowling, Ayr earlier this week to make a preview piece on the 2019 National Championships.

Our CEO, Alan McMillan, and 4 times Commonwealth Games gold medallist, Paul Foster MBE, will feature in the piece. The Bowls Scotland National Championships is one of the biggest weeks on the Scottish sporting calendar with over 10,000 spectators and 1,000 players passing through the gates of Northfield every year.

The Championships will begin a day earlier this year on Sunday 21st July and will run until Saturday 27th July. Come along and be a part of a brilliant sporting spectacle in Ayr over the next week!
