Director of Finance Resignation

Bowls Scotland would like to inform our clubs and members that our Director of Finance, Sheila Cowan, has resigned from the Board due to personal reasons.

Sheila was appointed on to the Bowls Scotland Board at the beginning of 2019 and played a crucial role in our strategic budget planning throughout her time on the Board. 

Bowls Scotland Chair, Sue Beatt, said: “On behalf of everyone at Bowls Scotland I’d like to thank Sheila for all her hard work and dedication whilst she served on the Board. Her expertise and enthusiasm for her role were brilliant and I’d like to wish her well for the future.”

A new Director of Finance will be appointed on to the Bowls Scotland Board in due course.
