Bowls Scotland partner with Changeworks Recycling
Bowls Scotland are delighted to announce a new partnership with the Scottish waste management firm, Changeworks Recycling.
Changeworks Recycling provides award winning, high-quality recycling and waste management services to a wide range of UK based businesses. Formed in 2001, Changeworks Recycling currently helps over 2,500 companies each year to reduce waste, carbon, and costs.
The Planet Mark accredited company collect a wide range of materials which will be involved in the day to day running of bowling clubs, including paper, cardboard, cans, plastic bottles, food, general waste, and secure shredding services.
Before completing the partnership agreement, Changeworks Recycling undertook trial schemes with Eddlewood Bowling Club in Hamilton and Hillside Bowling Club in Edinburgh to assist with their waste management. Through recycling materials with Changeworks Recycling both clubs have been able to generate four figure savings on their bills over the next 12 months.
