2024 National Championships - Playing Schedule
We are pleased to share the provisional schedule of play for the 2024 National Championships which will be held at the National Centre for Bowling, Ayr from Saturday 27th July – Saturday 3rd August.
Following feedback on last year’s Championships from players, spectators, officials and volunteers, a number of tweaks have been made to the schedule for 2024. There will now be four medal days to look forward to with the various Para Singles disciplines and Youth Singles, Pairs and Triples being the first national titles to be awarded on Saturday 27th July.
On Sunday 28th July, the winners of the much-loved Mixed Pairs will be crowned. Followed by the age category disciplines (Under 25 Singles, Over 55 Singles and Over 55 Fours) and the Para Open Pairs finals taking place on Tuesday 30th July. The Championships will then conclude on Saturday 3rd August with the finals of the Gents and Ladies Singles, Pairs, Triples and Fours being contested.
We hope that the changes made to the schedule will be welcomed by players, spectators and volunteers and allow the Championships to provide a positive experience for everyone involved.
