European Championships Team Announcment
European Bowls Union Championships 2019
Four emerging talents have been selected to represent Scotland at the European Championships between Sunday 22nd September and Friday 27th September. Dee Hoggan, Natalie Docherty, Darren Weir and Connor Milne will make the trip to Guernsey to compete in the championships. The tournament format is men’s pairs & women’s pairs followed by mixed fours.
High Performance Coach, David Gourlay, said: “The European Championships form an important part of our player and competition pathway, giving our up and coming players the opportunity to experience being part of a squad and the opportunity to represent Scotland on the international stage. The selection panel have chosen a strong squad and I’m confident the selected players will perform with distinction.”
