DESCRIPTION
What can your club do to grow and become more busy? How do you encourage new people to join the club? What best practice can your club do to improve the way it runs?
Bowls Scotland are offering an evening workshop to start the development of your club.


What will be discussed?
This evening will touch upon important club topics such as recruiting new members, retaining members in your club, and the governance of your club – all with the goal of establishing a plan for your club for this season and the future.

What will we get?
You will leave the evening with a plan to develop your club. Real life examples from bowls clubs will be shared, resources and tools to help you back at your club will be provided, and Bowls Scotland will provide follow-up support to help you implement your club plan.
