How you got into the sport – After my injury in 2002 I was told about the sport by an ex-colleague who was a very good county bowler. My neighbour also had to retire early due to his illness and took up bowls, so he took me along with him for my first game in 2005.
Scotland debut – 2007.
Bowling highlights – Winning a silver medal in the Mixed Pairs at the 2015 IBD World Championships in New Zealand. Prior to this it was competing in the SDS Scottish Championships in Aberdeen and winning the ladies wheelchair title on numerous occasions.
