Regional Academy Competition: Team Line Ups

The teams have now �been confirmed for the first ever Bowls Scotland Regional Academy competition and rising stars from across Scotland will be in action, facing new opponents and testing their skills on the green in a bid to be crowned Regional Academy Champions!�

Taking place this Saturday 17th September, the top youngsters from the 5 Regions of Scotland will battle it out in the end of season competition.

Commenting on the competition, High Performance Manager Rhona Howie said:
" I am really looking forward to the inaugural Regional Academy Competition. It will showcase the hard work that the coaches and players in every region have put in throughout the year. The Regional Academies are the first step on the player pathway and providing an end of season competition provides the players with the opportunity to test themselves against other young bowlers from across Scotland."
