How you got into the sport – I got into the sport because my mother was a bowler and joined Willowbank BC as a full member in 1992.
Bowling Highlights – Qualifying for the National Championships three times in the Women’s Triples and twice in the Women’s Over 55 Fours, winning a bronze medal in 2019.
I am very proud to say that my involvement in visually impaired bowling has brought many medals and in 2019 I was named Team Manager and National Coach for Visually Impaired Bowlers Scotland. We gained many medals the team trophy at the UK Indoor Singles in October 2022 and have recently returned from the International Blind Bowlers Association World Championships in Australia where all team members medalled.
