How you got into the sport - When I was younger most of my close family played bowls so I was quite often at the bowling club. I think when I was about 7 I'd asked for a try of it and have been hooked ever since!
Scotland debut – 2010.
Bowling highlights – Winning the Scottish Indoor Singles on two occasions and winning Gold in the Men’s Fours at the European Championships in 2022.
Most embarrassing moment on the green – It was my second year playing for Aberdeen & Kincardine in the Andrew Hamilton Trophy and we were playing Highland at Huntly BC. I went to get changed and upon looking in my bag I realised I'd forgot my white trousers! There were a few renditions similar to ‘Donald where’s yer troosers’ sang for the rest of the day!
