Club Committee Roles
When it comes to running an effective committee it helps when people are clear what their roles are.
Bowls Scotland, working with partner organisations, have drawn up guidelines to help club committees establish role descriptions for key positions that make a club run.
These can be particularly useful when it comes to recruiting new committee members, and when committees are establishing who does what.
We strongly recommend that your club committee reviews the relevant roles and adapts these descriptions to suit your own club’s governance.
